Subject advice

 

Afrikaans and English, Maths or Maths Literacy are compulsory. Complementing subjects such as Languages, Life Sciences, Tourism, Computer Application Technology (CAT), History, Business Studies, Biblical Studies and Geography are recommended for this area.

 

University courses

 

For BA degrees, Afrikaans, OR English and one other National Senior Certificate language and Maths or Maths Literacy are compulsory.

 

University of Technology

 

For National Diplomas, Afrikaans or English with Maths or Maths Literacy are compulsory.

 

TVET Colleges

 

Grade 10 is compulsory for most of the certificate courses in this area.

 

Private Institutions
